My work sits at the intersection of instructional leadership, teacher development, curriculum design, and education program management. I am passionate about designing equitable learning systems that strengthen both student outcomes and educator capacity.Throughout my career, I have led educational programs serving children and young people, mentored educators, used assessment data to improve learning outcomes, and contributed to international education initiatives that foster belonging and intercultural understanding.

RESEARCH INTEREST

My research and collaborative interests explore the intersections of educational equity, curriculum studies, Afro-Latin American education, and community-based educational research, with a particular interest in how schools and communities can co-create culturally sustaining learning environments.
